We take pride in providing a high level of Authentic, Lineage based Chinese Martial Arts to the public. Helping to guide both Youth and Adults alike to their full physical and mental potential.

We teach Traditional Southern Shaolin Kung Fu, with an emphasis on the Five Animals System (Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Snake, Crane), Traditional Northern Long Fist (Changquan), Xing Yi Chuan, Yang Tai Chi, Qi Gong (Energy Work), Self Defense Classes and various Traditional Chinese Weapons.

Our Foundational Building Blocks are patterned after the Ancient Chinese Values of, Honor, Integrity, Trust in Oneself and Perseverance.

Forms practice is heavily emphasized as it is essentially the basis for body awareness and training the individual for the unique postures used while engaged in protecting oneself. Sparring, Qin na (joint locking) and Self Defense make up a sizable portion of the curriculum as well. Stance work is key to a strong foundation, and as such, is extensively worked on in the beginning stages of training.

Laoshi (Teacher) Eric Wilkerson has 22 years of experience in Chinese Martial Arts, with over 26 years in the Martial Arts all together. He has competed in several Tournaments, both fighting, weapons and open hand forms; and has won Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals in the prestigious, International Chinese Martial Arts Championship held in Orlando Florida (ICMAC). Although a Teacher, Laoshi Eric maintains the role of Student, by continuing his education in Chinese Martial Arts under Master Andrew Schirmacher, who has been training in Chinese Martial Arts for over 47 years and was an Indoor Student of Grandmaster Hsu Fun Yuen. Being in the role of Student keeps one in a constant state of absorption and allows the mind to expand.

In addition to Martial Arts training, Laoshi Eric has worked with the Boys and Girls Club of N.E. Florida extensively, as well as being a St. Johns County approved Mentor for Young Teens in the past and developed a Psychiatrist approved training program for at risk youth.
